Use & Care Instructions:
Please read and follow the usage and care guidelines in order to maximize the life of your Avanti product.

• 1. Fill canister halfway with chilled fresh cream – DO NOT OVERFILL,
• 2. Screw head on the canister firmly and evenly,
• 3. Insert cream charger (8gN2O) into the charger holder and screw the charger holder onto the inlet valve until the charger contents are released with a short hissing sound. USE ONLY ONE CHARGER PER FILLING,
• 4. Select decorative nozzle you wish to use and screw on the canister,
• 5. Shake whipper vigorously three to four times in a vertical action.,
• 6. To release cream, hold the bottle upside down and press the lever gently to dispense. If the cream is not firm enough, give whipper another couple of shakes..
