Seamless from end to end, this knife is made from rust resistant Japanese stainless steel which maintains an exceptional strength, while the 26° Tech Edge blade provides unrelenting sharpness. The Small Grip reverse wedge, anti fatigue handle is 25% smaller than regular Furi knife handles but still locks into the hand comfortably. The optimised bolster works to protect fingers and reduce slipping during use.
