Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders from Hestia & Co are processed, packed and delivered across Australia.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • All Australian states and territories

  • Residential and business addresses

  • PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers (for most small/medium parcels)

If you require international shipping, please contact our customer service team for a custom quote before placing your order.

2. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak periods (sale events, Christmas, public holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details where available.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Sydney Metro: 1–3 business days

  • NSW Regional: 2–5 business days

  • Other capital cities: 2–5 business days

  • Rural and remote areas: 3–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather events, or peak periods.

4. Shipping Fees

Hestia & Co offers simple, transparent shipping across Australia:

  • Orders $100 and over: Free standard shipping within Australia.

  • Orders under $100: $12.99 flat rate standard shipping within Australia.

Any temporary promotions or changes to shipping fees will be clearly displayed on our website and/or at checkout.

5. Click & Collect (In‑Store Pickup) - FREE

If available on our website, you can choose Click & Collect from our store locations at checkout.

  • We will email you when your order is ready for collection.

  • Please bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID.

  • Orders must be collected within a reasonable timeframe; uncollected orders may be cancelled and refunded (minus any applicable fees).

6. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped from different locations or in separate parcels.

  • You will not be charged extra shipping for split shipments once your order is confirmed.

  • Tracking information will be provided for each parcel where possible.

7. Delivery Issues

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. Hestia & Co is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Parcels returned to us due to incorrect addresses or non‑collection from the post office or collection point

If a parcel is returned to us, we can:

  • Re‑ship the order (additional shipping fees may apply); or

  • Process a refund for the products (excluding original shipping costs), if the items are in resalable condition.

If your parcel is significantly delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photos. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

8. Authority to Leave (ATL)

At checkout, you may be able to give the carrier “Authority to Leave” your parcel in a safe place if no one is home.

  • If you select ATL, the delivery driver may leave the parcel at your address without a signature.

  • Hestia & Co is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after they have been delivered under ATL.

If you prefer more security, we recommend choosing a delivery option that requires a signature or using a Parcel Locker/collection point.

9. Pre‑Orders and Backorders

For pre‑order or backorder items:

  • The estimated dispatch date will be shown on the product page where possible.

  • If your order contains in‑stock and pre‑order items, we may ship items together once everything is available, or in separate shipments at our discretion.

  • If you need in‑stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

10. Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change your delivery address or cancel your order:

  • Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

  • If your order has already been packed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes, and standard return processes may apply.
