Deep fry or make candy and other sweets to perfection with the AcuRite Stainless Steel Deep Fry/Confection Thermometer.
Simply click the thermometer to the side of the pan. Do not let the tip touch the bottom of the pan and for best accuracy, place the tip of the thermometer at least 6cm into the liquid. Follow the temperature instructions of your favourite recipes.
