Steaming fresh vegetables is the best way to preserve their flavour and natural goodness.

 

For best results, pour water into the bottom of the pan and bring to the boil. Open steamer basket to fit the saucepan. Place the food into the steamer, lower into the saucepan and cover with the saucepan lid.
