Metal Tempura Tray Fried Food Draining Rack and Tray

This is a metal tray designed to drain the oil from freshly fried food such as tempura. If you want to ensure your fried food is crispy, crunchy and free from excess grease, using a tempura tray like this is a great way to do that.

This is a two-part item with both a tray and a raised straining rack included, to put some space between your food and the oil that drains off of it. The tray is surface-treated with fluororesin which allows for easy washing even if the tempura tray gets greasy. This coating also prevents foods from getting stuck to the tray.

It comes in a compact size that can be stored neatly and not taking up too much kitchen space.

The metal oil-draining rack is removable so that you can use the tray for many different purposes.
