Take the guesswork out of rolling pastry dough with the Avanti Silicone Pastry Mat. Made of flexible, non-stick silicone, it won’t grab pastry or dough making it perfect for rolling. The Silicone is non-absorbent and won’t retain odours. It features measurement equivalents printed on the mat in both centimetres and inches for precise cutting to size, eliminating wastage and minimising handling. It also includes circular guideline measurements for rolling dough or pastry from 15cm to 38cm in diameter. It is oven safe to 230°C/446°F and freezer safe to -40°C/-40°F.
