The extra long handle is well balanced for ease of moving the pan around while cooking. Ideal for cooktop to oven - oven safe to 260 degrees C. Stratanium+ nonstick surface provides exceptional searing results with little or no oil.
Designed and made in Denmark Suitable for use on all cooktops including induction.

Maintenance and Care
- Before First Use: Wash in hot soapy water with a nylon brush/cloth. Do not use harsh scourers.
