Refund and Return Policy
30-Day Return Policy
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.
Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase.
If you wish to return an item within 30 days of purchase, simply because you changed your mind, you may do so provided the item is:
• Unused
• In the same condition that you received it
• In its original packaging
• With your proof of purchase/receipt
Please note that change of mind returns require return authorisation before the item is returned. Once the item is returned and inspected in store or by our team:
• We will not refund the original payment method for change of mind returns.
• We can offer you either an exchange or store credit for the value of the item.
• Store credit is valid for 12 months and can be used to purchase any other items from Hestia & Co.
All changes of mind return requests must be approved and processed through our Returns Team before bringing the item back or sending it in.
Packaging Waiver – No Return / No Exchange
If at the time of purchase you request not to receive the full original packaging for a product, you acknowledge and agree that:
• You waive your right to return or exchange the item for any reason, including change of mind.
• The product will be considered a final sale.
• No post-purchase services will be provided, including returns, exchanges, store credit, or after-sales support relating to that item.
This condition applies regardless of whether the product is unused or in working condition. By declining the original packaging, you accept the item as-is and agree to these terms at the point of sale.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our return team at enqury@hestianco.com.au to initiate the return process. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product. Clearly write the provided RA number on the outside of the package. Package the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories if provided. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the costs of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable, including: - Opened or used products - Gift cards - Personal care items

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
