The Avanti Cake Tester is a quick and effective means of ensuring that your cakes are fully cooked. Simply insert into your cake, brownies or cupcakes and remove. If the probe comes out dry, the cake is cooked. If the probe comes out covered with wet mixture, the cake needs to stay in the oven longer.
