The Avanti Pastry Blender makes light work of shortening pastry. It is designed to incorporate butter or margarine quickly and efficiently into dry ingredients such as flour and sugar – the key to a light, flaky texture.

Made of heavy duty stainless steel, it features sturdy curved blades with bevelled edges to avoid sticking. 

The non-slip handle has a soft grip that absorbs pressure and cushions the hand which prevents fatigue and cramping. Hand washing recommended.
